I thought you had to be a Developer Member to be able to remove it.
Tom is correct only people with JA Developer Membership can remove the link.
To see if you are allowed go to the Joomlart home page click on the members link and you will be taken to your own purchase info page, at the bottom there will be a PDF with details of how you do it….If there is no PDF file visable you are not allowed.

I am a developer member! Not to worry there’s a support ticket in.
Just to let you know the copyright PDF that’s automatically emailed when purchasing the magento developer membership is the wrong one.
The emailed PDF is for "JA Copyright removal" not "JM Copyright removal"
Lets hope they see their error when they read your ticket and put it right
