CrossSell products

Are you asking how to display a "Customers Also Purchased …" and/or "Also Recommended …" module?

i need to display CrossSell products configured in the products admin panel normally visible in the cart page

Hi Matteo,

These are some steps you can follow to setup the cross-sell product:
-- Log in to the Magento admin
-- Navigate to Catalog > Manage Products
-- Find the product you want to add cross-sells to
-- Select and edit this product
-- Select the Cross-sells tab and select products as you want
-- Press Save button
-- Clear magento cache and re-index data
-- In the front-end, add the product you just edited to the shopping cart.
-- In the shopping cart you should now be able to see the cross-sells in the cross-sell block as in the shopping cart page: http://prntscr.com/4c2o00

for the configurable product is important to set the crosssell inside the subproduct

Could you PM me URL, admin and ftp credentials of your site? and also tell me the product which has cross-sell products, I will check this further for you.
