customer_entity table has also data in magento2, we have not deleted any stores post migration.

Hi Mag M,
Once you completed data migration for all steps in our Migration Dashboard, there’re still a few required steps (eg. Reindex data…) before your migrated data is ready for use. Please refer to these extra steps in the Readme manual that comes packed with your download package.
