I notice the migrated product cannot be saved due to more than 1 websites is selected. If select only 1 website, the product can be save with no error. Please help in saving in multi websites. For new create product has no issue in multi websites but migrated products all facing this issue. Please help. Thanks.

Hi there,

The stock item was unable to be saved. Please try again.

It seems you have upgraded your M2 instance after the first migration with our migration tool?

What is the version of your current M2 instance? And what is the current version of our migration tool in your site?

I found a similar case on this post: https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues/22094.

Mall.

I didnt upgrade my M2 instance after migration. My current M2 instance is 2.3.2.
And, this is a clean piece of magento, with UB Data Migration Pro installed only.

Hi there,

I didnt upgrade my M2 instance after migration. My current M2 instance is 2.3.2.

So, the issue you mentioned is strange. Lets provide me information about your instance:
+ URL and Admin credentials to back-end of your site
+ SSH credentials and path to M2 folder
I will help to check further and get back you then.
Regards,
Mall.

Hi there,
Yes, please let us know once your staging instance is available.
Meanwhile, please follow the suggestion by our team member Mall on his reply #5 as well:

You should enable all core modules that are disabled as I mentioned and then, check the issue again.

Hi there,

I checked your instance and saw your M2 site has a lot of migrated websites from M1 to M2. But there is only one data record in the table ‘inventory_stock_sales_channel’: http://prntscr.com/oov6n6

And that is the root cause of the issue you mentioned in M2.3.2:

The stock item was unable to be saved. Please try again.

To solve that issue, for each migrated website in your back-end, please open it and click the ‘Save Web Site’ button.
Then, check the issue with saving product’s information in your back-end again.

Regards,
Mall.
