That issue occurred because you checked the ‘KEEP ORIGINAL IDs’ setting in step #7. Then you added some products to cart in the frontend after the first migration with our migration tool.
To solve that, please try with these steps:
+ Run this SQL query in your M2 database:
Delete From quote Where entity_id = 20119;
+ Once done, you can continue with the data migration in step #7.
