Hi,
 
I’m getting the following error when im running step 5 of the import
 
CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1366 Incorrect string value: ‘\xEF\xBB’ for column ‘sku’ at row 1
