We noticed that your subscription has expired for long since Jan 28, 2020, you need to renew your subscription to get access to the latest Pro v3.2.4 package (which is fully compatible with Magento 2.4).

That seems your server has a special setting. Please apply this tweak code:
- Download the PHP file here
- Then, upload that file and overwrite the PHP file at pub/ub-tool/protected/components/UserMenu.php
Once done, you should be able to access the back-end of our module as normal.
PS. Anyway, renewal is needed under your circumstance since our technical support requires an active subscription though. We’d like to offer 15%OFF on your renewal if you choose to.
