hi, in Magento 2.2.2. install -- the installation of UBThemeHelper-Package_1.0.0/UB Content Slider/UB Instant Layered Navigation/UB QuickView goes right.
When we enable UB Mega Menu we get a repeatable error log.
My questions: is there any known failure we can solve?
If not, i prefer you take a look and settle the issue

hi Ziven, it is quite simple, when the Mega menu extension is enabled it will stop execution. The extension is not enabled now. I provided you with login details in a separate email to [email protected]

Thanks for sending the info. But when I’m trying to connect to edit the file with FTP. I don’t know the folder have the site. Please let me know the path go to the root site.
Also the command “SSH (prefix for every command on the command line: sudo -u www-data)” it requests the password like this: “[sudo] password for kasambhai:” Please let me know the password to connect SSH root site.

The error log has been resolved. I only uninstalled UB MegaMenu and have it re-installed, and it’s working now.

hi Ziven, it works on our side. 2 developers tried indepently to install/activate the extension and got errors, but it works now, thank you, Kurtz
