The normal method of doing this in magento is not working and I’m getting this string in category:
/index.php/catalog/category/view/s/shop-by/id/10/
instead of:
/index.php/shop-jewelry-by
that i have in the URL Key in Manage Categories.
same for a link in top link with .html yet I have removed this from catelogs in admin.
I have cleared all cache, as well as var/cache and emptied core urls in MySql

do you try to reindex data after making changes? Can you give me your url and let me know where and how can I check the issue out ?
Hello, yes I also did reindex catalog and my strings are still the same, and thanks for your time!
