I disabled the tags field in the backend.
The Tags are disabled but the field is still appearing on the site, how can I remove this field?

You can disable tag via Admin > System > Configuration > Advanced > and disable the module Mage_Tag: http://prntscr.com/4f73z3
Then flush magento cache.

I disabled the backend but the TAG field is still appearing.
As I showed in the picture above, the option to place the TAG no longer appears. But the TAG tab still appears.
