How can I return UB Data Migration Pro?
Could you please let us know the issues or bugs of our migration tool that prevent you from using it for your project?
Many users have completed their data migration projects successfully, so we’re completely confident that the tool is working properly. Once knowing the issues at your end, our technical team will work closely with you to help you complete the migration project accordingly.
Meanwhile, we are having National 7-Day Festival event this week, and our technical team is off on two days Feb 5 & 6. For the other days, we will have technical team on duty to follow up the technical support, however it will take us a bit longer to follow up with you in case you reach us during this time.
We’re sorry for this unexpected circumstance and any delay caused due to this festive time.
Thanks for your understanding and support.
The error is below, and we have determined that this tool is not going to help us. Please process the refund.
“CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE: Syntax error or access violation: 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ‘AND attribute_id = 61 AND store_id = 0 LIMIT 1’ at line 1. The SQL statement executed was: SELECT * FROM `catalog_category_entity_datetime` `t` WHERE entity_id = AND attribute_id = 61 AND store_id = 0 LIMIT 1”
On further investigation, we found that root cause of this issue is version compatibility. This extension support data migration between Magento 1 CE to Magento 2 CE only. As we are using Magento 2 EE for Down Etc upgrade, this extension will not serve the purpose of data migration for Down Etc. More details on this can be found in the discussion happened in below link based on the same issue:
Yes, it’s true that our migration tool is available for Magento CE migration only. We did state the versions our migration tool supports on our product page already.
Since our team is off through this week due to our 7-day national festive time, we will proceed refund when we’re back to work next Monday (Feb 11). We will keep you informed once the refund is processed.
Thanks for your patience.
