Hi there,
Once you install our migration tool, you need to log in your Magento 2 backend to access our migration tool’s dashboard. You should see the extension available via your backend like the screenshots in this article
Hope that helps.

Hi there,
We wonder if you see UB Data Migration Pro icon on the left menu panel of your M2 backend?
If you did install our extension successfully, you should see such menu icon. You can check out this tutorial video (at the 2.30 second, you should see the menu icon of our UB Data Migration Pro module on the M2 Admin panel).

Meanwhile, please make sure you check the files/folder permission properly. You can refer to the Readme manual (Section 9.2 -- 404 troubleshooting) that comes packed with your download package for further instruction on the file / folder permission.

If the issue still persists, please provide us your site info below, we will check further:

  • URL and admin credentials of your M2 instance
  • SSH credentials of your M2 instance
  • Let us know the path to your M2 folder

PS. Please make sure you mark you reply ‘private’, or simply switch this ticket to the private mode, then it’s safe to share your site info here. Only and our technical team can access.

Regards,
Ubertheme team
