followed the default installation documentation. I can not change, because everything has changed in the current theme, this change becomes quite complicated.
I did that and the problem is in the theme, no theme login works! I sent emails but you do not respond in!

Could you please update again the URL, admin and ftp credential of test site you sent me? I can’t access it. I will try to reproduce and detect what’s wrong here.
Theme used on your site was for magento 1.7.x. So I helped you update it to work on magento 1.9.x/
I edited some files in your site:
1. /public_html/app/design/frontend/default/jm_lingerie/layout/checkout.xml, and backup of your old version is : /public_html/app/design/frontend/default/jm_lingerie/layout/checkout.xml_bak.
2.all files in folder: /public_html/app/design/frontend/default/jm_lingerie/template/checkout, I also backup them in folder /public_html/app/design/frontend/default/jm_lingerie/template/checkout_bak.
Please check them.
