I tried the migration tool lite, but I can´t import all products. After about 500 products there is coming a server error. I tried to raise the php max_execution_time to a very high level, but it will always break after 500 products. “There is always a Internal Server Error -- The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.”
After this I can´t continue. Only after I reset the product import I can restart, but it is always the same error

I can’t clone the issue as you said in my local. I need a closer look to detect the root of issue as you said. Let’s provide me the admin and ssh credential of your Magento 2.
