I have had to erase my whole site again because of another issue. I tried reinstalling UB Data Migration and the same problem occured that did the last time where there was the icon in the side bar with just a blank screen.
Can you please fix it again? We noticed from your terminal screenshots that there should be a folder called “view” in the app folder but there is not.

Step 1: Install a Magento2 fresh instance.
Step 2: Re-download and install our tool as guide in the readme.txt

The last time that I installed your tool it also did not work in the same way, and then you did something to make it work again. Can you please do that again. I just got a fresh Magento2 install tonight from our hosting provider, and then I installed your tool exactly in the way that the video and readme.txt described but it didn’t work.

Meanwhile, if you need to migration from 3 M1 sites as you asked via https://www.ubertheme.com/question/can-i-migrate-3-magento-sites-to-a-single-one/, I am afraid you will need separate license for each site.
Our migration tool grants you permission to migrate from one M1 to M2 instance though.

As you can see and mentioned. I don’t know why you missing folder named ‘view’ in first time.
And now, i think you still missing this folder.
To solve that issue, you could re-upload this folder from source code of our tool which you have downloaded and unzip in your local.
Please follow step by step of installation indicated in the readme.txt.

I think you’re right and I should just pay for the installation service. What will you need from me to do it (passwords/ftp info, etc) that you don’t already have.
Also, would you guys be willing to install the theme that I purchased from Codazon at the same time? How much would that cost and when could it be done?
