I have used your migration tool to migrate all of the data from my v1.9 install into a clean install of magento v2.0.4, it all seems to have gone in ok and when viewing on the front end looks fine however as soon as I log into the backend and try and update a product and then save it, it doesn’t recognise it as a configurable product anymore and converts them to simple products and doesn’t have any configurable options below?

Please note that, we have not released this tool with Magento 2.0.4. Let’s use this tool with Magento 2.0.2 and then you can install Magento 2.0.4 with the database migrated in Magento 2.0.2

I have tried both and it does the same thing and when you go to edit them treats them as simple products?
