At themeforest.net it says the JM Megamall is ready for 1.9 -- but I can’t find it here!?

The last update to JA Megamall was as to/for Magento 1.8.1.0 on 08/Jan/14

You can update the JM Megamall package at themeforest as it is compatible with Magento 1.9, we just updated some changes in database for the quickstart package only.
Remember to take a backup of your site before updating
