JM Purity Tool links not working

Hi,

Could any one help me find out why the tool bar is not working under Catergory.

the tool bar for increase font, change color is working on the main page

However, if i chose to go in to my category, any catergory, the tool bar is not working anymore.

when i look at the link to the picture, i found

under that document there is no such folder.
