We have released 10 Magento themes for Magento 1.6. They are:

JM Irisite
JM Asenti
JM Bistro
JM Mozanis
JM Minisite
JM Tyrolite
JM Adamite
JM EasyShop

Within the next week, we plan to release our 1.6 updates for the following themes:
(barring any unforseen issues)

JM Natris
JM Deco
JM Painite
JM Oganis
JM Galaxite
JM Anion
JM Norite
JM Ores

Our Dev Team is working hard on this and hope that all of our JMTC Magento themes will be upgraded (for Magento 1.6) no later than Nov 2011.

Any news on the Magento 1.6 updates? Desperately lookin for an update of JM Norite, but there does not appear to be a Magento 1,6 version ready for download yet. Any news will be much appreciated. Looks as if I will need to switch to another template.

Many (if not most/all) of our JMTC Themes have been updated for Magento 1.6.1 already.
You can always check the "changelog" within each respective theme’s download section for updated info.

In the specific case of JM Norite -- this theme was updated for Magento 1.6.1 effective 17 Nov 2011
(including the quickstart package).
