Is it possible to modify and add the rotating banner as the first hting that is seen when this website is loaded on an iphone currently it loads a product as the first thing you see. Also can there be a option at checkout to pay in person via cash?

I see that you referred to Magento 2 theme, while our Techzone theme is available for Magento 1 only. Please let me know if you are seeking for M1 or M2 theme.
