Magento Multi sites – shared customers but products, categories, and logos

Hello,

Question: I would like to build magento site with 3 domains (3 sites) and
share:

• customers
• products

however, I do not want to share

• categories’ structures
• order prefix
• logos (i tried to change the logo for each site by config design area at the back end but got no luck)
