I have just upgraded from Magento 7 to Magento 8.1 with JM Flannel and since the upgrade the top menu bar shows when you first visit each page then after that disappears. Please help as we were just about to make the site live.

I haven’t actually upgraded any modules yet. I found this forum post that says
"Simply download the latest version package and extract it to your magento root folder."

Ok great, the upgrade to the mega menu sorted out the problem and it’s now back!
