Hi Robert,

Please note that our UB MegaMenu needs to process at the server side to control UI and related functions on the client side, thus you must refresh the Browser > Toggle devices tool after switching devices.
Also, our module only supports UI and related functions on specific devices (mobile, tablet, desktop…). It doesn’t support responsive UI on all viewports as you were testing.

Best Regards,
Ziven.

This answer surprises me a bit, it only doesn’t work with Atoms, you can test it on the test pages of your other themes, it works with the themes: megamall, mago… but not with Atoms here either. This is not a happy one! With other providers it also works without any problems!

Hi Robert,

This answer surprises me a bit, it only doesn’t work with Atoms, you can test it on the test pages of your other themes, it works with the themes: megamall, mago… but not with Atoms here either. This is not a happy one! With other providers it also works without any problems!

I understand your confusion regarding MegaMenu not functioning like our older themes (Megamall, Mago…). This discrepancy is because the older themes have not been upgraded to the latest MegaMenu version.
The Atom theme utilizes the latest MegaMenu, and we need to update what you mentioned to align with Magento’s core functionality. Typically, users do not resize their browser to simulate a tablet or phone screen view.
We’ve made these updates to ensure that it functions correctly within the core and improves performance. Therefore, if you wish to view mobile/tablet screenshots on a desktop, please refresh the page so that the necessary resources are loaded.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Best regards,
Ziven.
