can you please let us know if migration from Magento 1.5.1.0 to Magento 2.0 is possible? We have installed a new theme and the UI / UX work has been completed. So is it possible to migrate at this point

Hi Deepak,
In order to use our UB Data Migration Pro module, you need to upgrade your M1 instance to at least Magento 1.6.0.2, then you migrate from this instance to M2.
Please note upgrading to Magento 1.6.0.2 is mainly aimed at upgrading database to Magento 1.6.0.2 only (you might bypass the themes/extensions issues).
Further, you should consider to upgrade your M2 instance to the latest M2.3.2. Our migration tool is fully compatible with M2.3.2.

The tool supports the following Magento versions:
Magento CE 1.x: 1.6.0.2 and later, 1.7.x, 1.8.x, 1.9.x
Magento CE 2.0.0 and later
NOTE: In case you use Magento CE 1.6.0.1 or older, you can upgrade your database to version 1.6.0.2 or later, then proceed migration from this newly upgraded instance.
