We have performed Migration step with UB Migration tool.
We found some issues like stores and stores view are created but their ID’s was not same as M1.
It is required to have id’s same as M1 for proper synching of data.
Please let us know the steps for keeping the original ID’s when performing the migration.

Yes, that is the default working rule of our migration tool. Because your M2 DB always has existing websites, stores, and store views, thus we enable auto-increment IDs for the migrated websites, stores, and store views when migrating to M2 DB. This helps to avoid the conflict IDs issue.
It is required to have id’s same as M1 for proper synching of data.
Please let us know the steps for keeping the original ID’s when performing the migration.
To keep the original IDs of the migrated websites, stores, and store views, I am afraid additional custom tweak will be needed (and this will need extra fee though).
