We ran a fresh migration after resetting; and after letting the migration run we noticed that the data was incomplete. I checked the logs and found out that step 6 and 7 only ran 71% and 86% but we require the full 100%.
We ran another reset migration after seeing this error, and the second one finishes at exactly the same %:

Total Data Migrated: 71%
How can we make these 100%?
