On IOS mobiles and android the menu buttons don’t work. When you press them they don’t do anything and you can’t get off the homepage. It works fine on desktops. Any ideas why?

It works on a desktop but not on mobiles. eg on an HTC One you can see the menu you can click on items and it gets highlighted but it doesn’t do anything or go anywhere. Same on iPhone 4, 5, 6. Can’t get past the homepage on mobiles.

Currenly i see that when i click the “Technical info” menu items. Your website still works fine. I do it in the Iphone 5.

Thanks for your response. I looked at your link where you can see the Technical Info on the iphone but unfortunately this is not the case for us eg on an HTC phone for example, if you press that orange top menu item it doesn’t even drop down to see Technical Info. It doesn’t go anywhere -- you remain on the homepage. This is also true for the black shop menu with product items. You click on an item -- it highlights the words orange but you never leave the homepage. It used to work fine but now the website can’t be used on mobile devices because both menus (top orange menu) and shop (black menu) don’t work.

Currenly i see that you edited my theme and it’s cause . I have created and backuped the file /httpdocs/app/design/frontend/default/jm_flannel/template/page/html/header.phtml and your site works fine in the mobile phone (HTC) .
