Newsletter subscription form on home page doesn't work

Hello Guys,

The subscription form for the newsletter doesn’t work. Whenever i try to submit an email, the page reloads and no data are imported.

Any help please?

If you subscribe as a Guest, you need to enable option Allow Guest Subscription
