No Shipping method for migrated users

Hello,
we have the problem, that migrated users can not do the checkout, because there are no shipping methods. The message ist “sorry no quotes are available for this order at this time”.
If you change the customer group to a not migrated one (newly created), everything works finde.
What can we do? We need to keep the migrated customer groups. Thank you.

Hi there,
I need a closer look to detect the root of the issue as you mentioned. Kindly provide me information about your working as followings:
+ Admin credentials and site URL
+ SSH credentials and web root path to your M2 instance
+ A migrated customer credentials with the issue as you said.
I will check further and reply you more later.

Hi there,

Maybe this helps: After changing the customer group to the new one, you can select a shipping method.

So, you could do mass update the customer group for migrated customers at your end.
