1) I installed the extension QuickStart T3 for J2.5 . OK! I can see the layout of the template T3_Blank with the editor of T3Framework . Interesting … I would like to try this editor template- University …
2) Then I loaded the University Template for J2.5 , I duplicated it in "mio" . I can no longer see the layout of the University and not to T3_Blank , with the editor of T3Framework .
3) On the front end , does not change even from a template to another. Nothing change
4) Result … I can not change the layout of the University.

I did a lot of tests , many times re-installing various QuickStart .
(for T3_Blank , also see on another site, with only T3_Blank http://www.uncounselorperamico.it/ . T3Framework Here I see the editor , it’s OK ! )
(for University , also see on another site, with only T3_Blank http://www.uncounselorperamico.it/1/ . NOT Here I see the editor T3Framework ! )

Please, what is the problem ?
You can solve it you or me indicated what to do?
