We have purchased the UB Data Migration Pro extension and completed our data migration and I have noticed that the orders migrated just fine, but for some reason they migrated with the wrong time on the order. Based on the time some of the orders have the wrong date (just because the time has already moved to the next day). I can send you screenshots of my M1 store and M2 store showing the difference if you want. All of the orders in the M2 database are 4 hours in the future than the orders in the M1 database so as an example an order in the M1 database for 7:00 AM would show 11 AM in the M2 database. Please let me know if there is a fix for this problem.

Mall-I have checked the database and you are correct. The "Created_at" field is the same for both the databases. I have also checked the timezone for both M1 & M2 and they are both set to the same timezone, but all the orders in the new M2 instance are showing exactly 4 hours different from the M1 instance. Do you have any more thoughts what might be happening?

Hi there,
Please let me know if there is a fix for this problem.
I don’t think that issue relates to our migration tool. If you check directly in databases you will see thee order time migrated correctly.
That relates to the Timezone settings in your M2 instance. Seem it has a different timezone with M1 instance.

Mall.

Hi there,
As Mall explained to you, the issue you mentioned does not associate with our migration tool. Due to our current high workload, we can provide you help with the issues of our migration tool only.
Thanks for your understanding.
