PayPal express checkout blank page after returning from PayPal login

I have submitted a ticket about this critical issue. no customers can shop at our store using PayPal, we are loosing huge business. It’s just like if Joomlart customers who wants to join but can’t pay using PayPal.
The only response I got from support after waiting for 12 hours is they can’t get to the website.
I provided FTP, Magento login but still ask for it after 12 hours.

The problem is when a customer checkout and goes to PayPal and login, Paypal returns the customer to the website to review the order and pay, the screen is blank, no text or nothing just the menus.

I have talked to PayPal support engineer and have determined the issue to be with JM MAGO theme.

Can anyone from support or members offer some help? We are loosing business big time.
I have other issues with the mobile menu dropdown not showing which remain unsolved but this is more critical than that because it involves sales and customers never returning back because of the site faulty PayPal payment. I wish Joomlart Magento themes are without bugs like this one.

Actually, this issue occurred since you upgraded Magento 1.7 to 1.8 which caused the paypal issue. And this did not come from our theme.

I helped to update your magento 1.8.1.0 again and the issue got solved now.

I fixed the issue.it is as simple as Mage PayPal was disabled in magento admin.
sometimes we overlook the basic, it is like check if the computer is plugged in.

Anyway, glad that the Paypal issue was figured out.

Since you repeat the upgrade unnecessarily and w/o permission, the site started to have issues. It is slow, very slow. I have to reboot the server to bring it back to normal and it did it again. I want to know exactly what you did so I can undo it.
This has become a major problem now. The issue has nothing to do with the upgrade because I did it correctly. I already posted that the issue is resolved yet you proceeded without checking with me. Now we have an issue that we can’t figure out how to fix. Can you explain in detail what you did so I can check it. This has become a nightmare for us. The issue with Mage PayPal was disabled. I found that it was and enabled it and the issue was gone but then you re-upgraded the website and while you were doing it, it took the server down and very slow not the issue is now more than it used to be,

The issue has nothing to do with the upgrade. Mage PayPal was disabled. I disabled it because it was not being used before, had nothing to do with the upgrade. Now we have a bigger issue because of what you did unnecessarily. I posted that it was solve but yet you proceeded without informing me or checking with me first. This is a nightmare. That is why I don’t want to give access to Joomlart unless needed. Now I am sorry I did. Can you explain what you did that made the database to hung and cause the website to non-working slow..

We are so sorry to hear that but we believe our code can not cause the issue of loading site
We commited our code to the folder:

PS. We leave the database untouched. No change on it.
