Hi there,

product images not showing

Did you copy all product’s media files as indicated in the guide in Readme.html of our tool?
If yes, let’s re-check folders/files permission of the folder and files at pub/media.

I meet the same problems. All folders/files permissions are OK, the product images do not show on category pages even though they can be displayed correctly on browsers (right-click on product image in category page and select Open image in new windows).
Do you have any idea how to fix that ?

Hi Long Nguyen,

I meet the same problems. All folders/files permissions are OK, the product images do not show on category pages even though they can be displayed correctly on browsers (right-click on product image in category page and select Open image in new windows).

That is a strange issue. Does your M2 instance use any third-party themes or extensions?
I need to take a closer look to detect the root of that issue. Please submit a new separate ticket and provide me information of your instance:

  • Admin credentials and URL to your back-end
  • SSH credentials of your M2 instance
  • Let me know the path to your M2 folder

I will check further and get back you then.

We have checked and see that the issue relates to the lazy loading functionality of your 3rd party theme -- http://i.prntscr.com/lmnNNuGwRguW8mbo_Nuo0w.png, not the issue of our migration tool. 
Please check again at your end.
