I have a little problem with JM Product slider, it shows unavailable / out of stock products.
I would like it to display only available products.
My Magento admin configuration for out of stock products is set to no show.
I installed JM Product slider on JM Trex with Magento ver. 1.7.0.2.

Anybody figured out how to solve this problem? I’m having this issue too so I’d appreciate if someone explain how to fix it.
PS: i can’t give FTP details since it’s in developer stage yet (locahost)

You can try with this tweak below:
-- Download the below attached file
-- Extract and upload the ‘List.php’ file to this directory: /app/code/local/joomlArt/JmProductsSlider/Block/ (remember to backup the old file first)
-- Flush magento cache and let me know how it goes

It didn’t work, actually it broke the page. Is there any code tweak that fix the "out of stock" problem?
The code in attached file was work fine.
Please re-run the Magento compilation if this enabled from back-end.
Also, please PM me the FTP & Admin credentials of your website.
I will check further & resolve this issue of your website.
please can i get this file my own only displays out of stock products and does not pick products from the category that i want

And then extract and install update it to your site.
