I configured the static blocks for "hot" and "sale" and insert that at mega menu.

But it will not be shown. Do you need more information about the problem?

It’s easy, in your back-end I just went to System >> Configuration >> JM products there I selected Enabled to Yes and now you can see the products display out at menu

thanks for the solution. I have one question. Why are hot-block and sale-block in the same column? So in the example menu, sale and hot are in their own column.

you can create a new parent menu item for two those items of SPLITBOARD and RUCKSACKE and then this new item should be a child of the SNOWBOARD item
