Is there a configuration setting in the extension or the database that allows remapping of custom attributes between M1 and M2 data?
For example: We have a custom attribute in M1 with the attribute_id “manual” but, on my M2 version it’s attribute_id has been changed to “mag_manual” to help prevent any conflicts with any third party extensions.

It’s pity that there is no option for that configuration yet.

It seems that you want to mention the attribute_code (manual/mage_manual)? The attribute’s ID is automatically incremental and there is no option to manually change the Attributes ID though.
