We have an migrated Magento 2 instance and now we would like to remigrate only the seo url(Url rewrites) of products and categories. Is there a possibility where we can migrate only the seo url again from M1 and also discard the changes made in Magento 2. Could you please help us out?

That is beyond the default support scope of our migration tool.
However you can provide me with more info as follows, I will help to check further and get back to you about the workaround to handle your requirement:
1. Do you change the value of the URL Key of the migrated categories and products in M2 after the first migration?
2. There are 3 types of catalog URL rewrite: Custom (No redirect, 301 and 302 redirect types) URL, Category URL, Product URL. Which type of URL rewrite do you want to delta migrate to M2?

Thanks for your quick. An small correction we need it only for products.

Yes, we made changes for migrated products url key.

We would like to migrate the product url key and url rewrite table data into our M2 since most of the product url key as well as rewrites are changed on M1 and we need to apply the same on M2 as well.
Using “--mode=update” is not possibly in our instance since we have already update custom option for lots of products directly on ur M2.

In that case, you can’t delta update for the URL rewrites because you did change the value of the URL Key of the migrated products in M2.
In order for M2 to regenerate URL rewrite for categories and associated products based on your new configuration for Products and URL rewrite in M2 instance, please try with the following steps:
1 -- In categories management create a new root category named ‘Temp Root Category’
2 -- Open Stores management, edit the default Store of the default Website and set the ‘Root Category’ form field to the newly added root category ‘Temp Root Category’ and click the Save button.
3 -- Once done, open Stores management once again, edit the default Store of the default Website and set the Root Category form field to the main root category which you want to publish in the storefront again, and click the Save button.
Magento will regenerate categories and associate product URLs rewrite in this step. It might take some time to complete this task (It depends on the volume of categories and associated products)
And then, re-index the data and clean the Magento cache.

In order for M2 to regenerate URL rewrite for categories and associated products based on your new configuration for Products and URL rewrite in M2 instance, please try with the following steps:
No, it is not the case we are asking. We don’t need the Url rewrites based on M2’s Url key. We need it based on M1’s Url key.
For Example, product A with url key as product-a on M1 and it was successfully migrated to M2. We have changed it to product-m on M2 which means we have changed the url key of the product on M2 and not on M1.
We did the same for many products and later only we realized that this will impact our SEO when we make our M2 site live. We want to again revert it back to product-a instead on product-m on M2.
If it is one or two products we can manually edit it however in our case it is more than 1000 products. We want to completely truncate the Url key as well as Url rewrite on M2 and migrate only these back from M1 to M2 again.
