I just find out that in the M1 was only one currency in the list on the Allowed Currencies. (M1 was in a terrible mess ) and like this transferred to M2
Is any way to rollback only this in M2 (to restore default currencies as it is after the fresh installation of the M2)

No, our migration tool helps to migrate websites, stores, views… only. It did not migrate the currency settings.
Is any way to rollback only this in M2 (to restore default currencies as it is after the fresh installation of the M2)
