Hi Guys,
I am helping a friend update his website as his old designer has gone awol and can’t get a hold of him. Ive had to buy this template from you guys so I can get the support to fix the problems.
The menu at the top only shows the mobile version (even on laptop browsers -- unless you zoom right out) -- It isn’t even clickable, it seems to just be a box that you can’t click.
Also in the admin panel, I cannot access alot of pages -- they just come up as blank, including the Manage Menu Items.
I have noticed since doing the latest magento upgrade that all my products have disappeared from the site, re-indexing won’t work.

I just done what that page suggested and this came up

I sent you the correct details. I just double checked the ones I sent and they work fine for me. I will try sending them again.
Also, on the main page I cannot see the menu at the top (it only displays the mobile type menu) . When you click on it nothing happens.
Another problem I was having was when i manually opened one of the pages the products werent visible on any category I selected, just a blank section below the category details
I did login to you admin and re-index data in your admin, your site works fine now. Please check again.
