You can just go to the back-end, navigate to System >> Manage Currency >> Symbols, there uncheck the "Use Standard" for your active symbols and then type a space at the right of the symbol.

I tried to do that with JM_FLANNEL but I got 404 error, do you know why and how can I manage this space in price there?

I don’t think this caused your 404 error, if you can pm me your url, the admin account as well as FTP info I will take a look to see if I find something.
