Third level subcategories are not listing when I choose to create a category link

Hi,
 
When I create a category link, I no longer get the full list of subcategories for my store. Now, I see --Category1 and --Category2 but I do not see the children for --Category1 or --Category2. I know they were there before because I currently have menu links linking to their children. Any ideas?
