In front page its translated ok when you mouse over a product
but in catagories its still english

Here its not translated to spanish catagory

To fix the issue, please follow these steps:
1. Go to app\locale\gl_ES\Mage_Catalog.csv
2. add “Add to cart”,”Añadir a Carrito” to the end file .
3. click “Save” button.
