I want to remove the iphone extension and iphone version of the EasyShop template. Can you please tell me what files to remove? I have to remove them all manually because I have everything controlled with SVN. I need to use the SVN delete function.

actually if you remove then locally then "commit" the change svn should update that they’ve changed. This is the normal behavior for svn.
infact if you simply disable them this would accomplish the same thing if you backup the sql and commit that backup to svn also
