You have not selected data to migrate

On stage 3, its current saying “You have no selected data to migrate yet”, however I can see that “Attribute Sets > Attribute Groups (7)” is showing. All other sections show a count of 0 and have no options
Skip this step is disabled.
If I click on Step 4, an exception is thrown
