500 Internal Server Error installing the quickstart

Hi.
I just purchased the template and uploaded the quickstart but now when I access the folder tells me a
500 internal server error.
I also upgraded the permissions of folders at 777
but nothing to do.
Please can you help me?

Hi attrazioni,

Have you contact your hosting provider? The problem may come from your server.

Also, you can rename this file: errors\local.xml.sample to local.xml to see if there is any error in frontend.

Did log-out and then log-in again not work ? can you give me your url, the admin account here for taking a look at the issue ?
