Think I’m permanently stuck at that step. How can I reset it back to the Step 9?

Let’s fress the F5 key and then click to the ‘Reset’ button and you can re-migrate data in that step.
If you can’t do it, let’s provide me the admin and ssh credentials of your site. I will check further and help you get out.
