My site is in dutch but i can’t change 2 text

You can try the following :
Open mage_tpl\jm_ores\app\design\frontend\default\jm_or estemplate\catalog\product\view\media.phtml
Line 51 :
<p class="a-center" id="track_hint"><?php echo $this->__(‘Click on above image to view full picture’) ?></p>
For the word Availiability, I am not sure if this will help, but i could find the only relevant reference to this word in the below mentioned file :
\mage_tpl\jm_ores\app\design\frontend\default\jm_o restemplate\catalog\product\list.phtml
Line : 59 and 101.
Picture is text is ok . That was the most importance ! Thankx.
