Checkout not working

Major issue : We can’t fulfill checkout as guest or registred user.

With a fresh install of JM Larix (based on Quickstart files) on a dedicated server :

Even on the demo site (http://magento-themes.joomlart.com/j…ckout/onepage/), the template JM Larix doesn’t work

After Shipping Information, there no way to access Shipping Method, Payment Information and Order Review.

With default template, there is absolutely no problem :

Obviously the issue comes from your template.

Any fix soon ?

I tried to run your template on a basic install of Magento (not based on QuickStart).

And it doesn’t work.

Other templates work fine until checkout confirmation.

Then again, please fix your template in order to make it work.

Moreover I will be glad to hear if someone is using this template on a website in production.

Then if someone can proove that this template really works it will be great.

I have the exact same problem and it took me ages before I realized it wasn’t my fault, it was actually the design that was faulty.

I poked around in the phtml files and found out that the layout they are assigning to the checkout page (2columns-right.phtml) is missing a specific html-tag which is refered to by the Ajax, according to some source on the Internet. Or it might be something else.

But anyhow, we need this fix fast. We bought the template a long time ago and we want to get up and running…

What’s the status of this fix? JA Developer, surely it cannot take a "developer team" this long to make a quick mending of this broken template? We cannot launch our shop before this issue is resolved. Time is money, and right now, we’re losing both.

I hope you understand our concern.
