Error while installing new March 2013 magento theme

Good evening folks!!! I have a problem with megamenu thats included in a new theme. I copied megamenu extensions into Magento folder after installing new March 2013 Magento theme. Getting exceptions and error on my log files. This is log from exception log. And this is from my system.log. My website doesn’t load at this time for some reason. Thank you in advance.

Did you install the Jm Mago quickstart or just the theme only ? Where did you download the Jm Megamenu package ?
Can you give me the url, the account to access your database for further checking ? if possible give me those info here and i will take a look for you.
