Hello i am testing your Data migration Lite version, on completely new magento 2.0.7 intstallation.
If i choose to migrate only simple products everything works ok.
If i choose simple and configurable products system migrates for a while and later i receive error: MYSQL server has gone away. after page refresh i see all products in catalog but configurable products don’t have assigned simple products. (no configurations)
What could be a problem ? Is it same behavior on pro version ?

Thanks for giving our Lite version a try.
The issue you mentioned will not be in place when you use our Pro version. Due to our limited resources, we hardly find chance updating our Lite version. It still uses an outdated codebase, thus it might lead to unexpected issues.
